Half is paid during the sketch phase, and the other half is paid afterward(unless it's Discord Nitro)
First payment is nonrefundable(unless I said explicitly I cannot finish the artwork, or it has been more than 6 months since the first half was paid.)
All artwork is digital. There are no prints or physical artwork.
